BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Roderick has more than 20 years
of human resources experience in various executive management positions,
including Executive Director of Human Resources with a large, multi-state
corporation. He has extensive experience in labor relations, union negotiations
and employment law. Mr. Roderick works primarily in the areas of wrongful
discharge, employment discrimination, unfair labor practices and wage and hour
matters. He also advises management regarding human resources systems and
policies and procedures, and performs supervisory training. He is a frequent
speaker on labor and employment law matters.
